So, there are a few of these videos floating around youtube, but this is the best one I’ve seen so far. After seeing multiple replays of Team USA’s goal last night against Algeria in the 92nd minute, I can follow along with the game just by watching everyone’s reaction in the bar. When the goal is scored, the place just breaks out. So great!
I especially like the congratulatory noogie which happens between the two big guys in the foreground. You can be sure that Carolyn and I were celebrating to the same degree, here at Café Enigma in Lauf.
We may have been alone, but we went just as crazy!!! I’m really enjoying the games, and hope that TEAM USA can continue to prove that we have just as much right as anyone to take part in the worldwide passion of football!
